Concret5 Site Customization

Very Simple Project! I need a theme designed for concrete5 cms to match EXACTLY the layout and theme at this site: [login to view URL] The site must be: 1. Mobile Friendly 2. No Flash! 3. Valid Code! 4. DONE ASAP!!! Upon clicking the "Enter" button, which will indeed be a button that I will provide the graphic for, a popup needs to appear in the center and middle of the browser window containing a form where people can enter their name, their email address to join the mailing list, and/or their cell phone number to receive text alerts. The form's email address entry must interact with a mailing system, like mail chimp, that will be installed on the site, and the cell phone numbers will need to be kept somewhere. They may also decline to enter anything and simply continue into the site. If the particular visitors ip address has visited the site before, i would like it if the window did not appear, but that is not totally necessary. I will provide a graphic doc for this window as well. Once you have entered the site, the flash header needs to be static, or use java, but the curtains are not necessary. Please note that the header for the entry page differs from the header in the main site. Once you have entered the site, the header there will be the common header for all other pages. I do not need the actual content from the main site, just the theme, background, headers, menus and the intro page is fine the way it is (with all content). I will be entering the site content while you are working on the theme so you must install on a testing server before applying the theme to the site. I am also looking for a long term relationship with a company that can do the following: 1. Add functionality and modules (add ons) to concrete5 and OpenCart. 2. Render pixel perfect themes and css for both of the above mentioned scripts. In other words, I need a company that can take a series of .psd docs, module descriptions and functionality descriptions to create exactly what is described in either of the mentioned scripts. I have an overwhelming amount of work and need one company that excels at all aspects of design and programming necessary with an open line of communication and excellent English skills.
