application site in flex

We have many work in flex,php. First job see under if you good we can work for years together: We need similar site as; [login to view URL] with all features and multi languages. THe site elfyourself is powered by [login to view URL], so we need same coded like jibjab it is being made using a mixture of technologies such as Adobe Flex, AIR, Flash, HTML. The programming language they have used for this is Action script. The whole site is being developed into modules and these modules are developed using framework namely Cairngorm, and they have also used JSon. It must can handle millions of people at same time!!! S, so use eg. j2ee and Implementate the Spring framework at the server side to take care of all the connections, which will interact with the database.
