Accordian Script install and Fluid height setup

I am currently working on the following website: <[login to view URL]> I need to have the following script inserted within the website: <[login to view URL]> Also, I want the content area, to be fluid height. So that there is no white showing on the page. I want it so that even if there is a little bit of content, it will stretch so that the footer touches the page, however, it will still move down is there is a lot of content. I need this doing relatively soon, please let me know your bids. There is only 1 page that needs doing. The document is currently HTML? 4.01 Transitional valid, I would like it to stay this way, so anything you do must be valid. I also may have some work for someone to install an AJAX script.
