Add social network&article posting feature to existing site

I need a social networking and/or membership feature added to an existing online article site. You will be following a specific page format which makes things easier. I do not need unnecessary webpage designs as I have no need for them at the moment. Basically, all I need is for someone to code the features. No aesthetic design is necessary. I am outsourcing this to someone else simply because my hands are currently full. I am working on seven projects as of now - two of which are slightly similar to this one. This means that I know how much effort this really requires and would not entertain ridiculously high bids. Include in your PMB how you plan to accomplish this in a short but detailed message with the line "space is the absence of design" at the beginning. I would need the following -registration name, e-mail, date of birth, etc.) -private message functionality similar to either the one used here in GAF or facebook -public wall displays posted messages, status updates, rants, links, photos, etc. from the user's network (basically displays updates from the user and his/her friends) -profile wall displays posted messages, status updates, rants, etc. from the user only and any comments under it -article submission and posting article posting can be done either automatically or manually -basic features required by a social network site (administrator functionality, comments, etc.) *basically, functionalities are slightly simillar to the one used by facebook Again, you do not need to do any designing yourself. I already have the format, images, etc. required. You will be following a specific layout already provided which makes thins a lot easier.
