Apply a new magento skin, add new slideshow

I need someone who is experienced in Magento to apply a new skin design from PSD and add in a new slideshow. The store is using the below template. The new skin design follows this layout. [login to view URL] 1) apply a customized skin to the existing template store. I will provide you with the new skin (design) in PSD and you need to make the template site reflect the new design. The new skin design is for store which is consisted of the standard tempalte pages plus a few pages that were added. The skin must be function meaning that the admin can manage the blocks from the admin portal. 2) Replace the current home page banner with the a slideshow similiar what is shown on the link below. [login to view URL] This slideshow is called JA slideshow. If you have this, you can use it or find one with similiar effects. You will need to come with with javascript. You must be quick and be able to start work immediately. Daily status report is required. This needs to be done in 3 days or less.
