CKEditor Media Upload Plug-in

Good morning, I'm looking for a coder that is capable to develop a CKEditor plug-in with similar functions of the "insert media" in Wordpress. I will have to provide the HTML5 functions like "drag and drop" file upload. I will need the following functions: - This plug-in should be able to import images, zip/rar/7z and unzip them - Include videos from files and videos via Youtube and Vimeo. - I will need to be able to add/remove file extensions from a config file (preference in PHP). - I will be able to provide all the PHP functions if needed to reduce the costs. Please verify the attachments to see the plug-in of Wordpress working. Once bid please include your previous portfolio in CKEditor or Javascript, and include your time to develop such plug-in.
