Your skillz: - Able to bake from scratch - Excellent problem solver - Experienced with Auth, sanitize and other security measures available with cakephp - Experience with advanced cakephp app setup/development - Experienced Jquery/javascript/Ajax developer for GUI - Clean and Structured coding - Able to work in team and alone. You will be working on one of my webservers, with option to do partly local work before you upload, if you prefer. Hiring FULL TIME 7 days at first, with option to extend comitment, IF it works out. I have 4 years experience in CakePHP. I started using cakephp from version 1.1 and later i used 1.2 for many projects. and 1.3 for some latest works. I like 1.2 better than 1.3. as i feel it more flexible than 1.3. ofcourse some improvement are there in 1.3. still i like 1.2 due to its simplicity. you can plan any version np. i just said my view.
