Changing the PrestaShop back-end layout and functionality to match digiShop

Hi there, My company wants to switch from DigiShop to PrestaShop but they want a smooth transition without any learning curve on how to use a new UI. They're looking for someone who would rebuild the complete PrestaShop backend to match the digishop one. We would provide screenshots or access to a clean install of digishop.
