Classifieds Portal

The aim is to develop a portal where they are published classified ads car sales, sale / rental homes, sale / rental of apartments, sale / rental of land, sale / rental of offices, sale / lease / conveyance business , room rental, sale / lease of buildings. The main page should show 5 ads of each type mentioned above, these ads will be premium and paid. The portal should also include a business directory, with categories and subcategories. Access to the portal should be done through a login and password. Users enter their ads and then are approved by the administrator of the platform. The announcement must contain a main image used on the main page and other secondary images to show the house, apartment, car, etc.. In addition to these types can be created more categories as needed by the administrator (eg, computers, motorcycles, etc. ...). The user can request to receive email ads in a given category in a given geographic location within a certain value. That is, we can create alerts for new listings. The payment of premium ads must be made by bank transfer or Paypal. The portal should have an attractive presentation, organized and appealing. Should be developed with technologies like Ajax, Ruby on Rails, PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML5.
