Clickjacking/cloaking script

I need to impliment my Clickjacking script. I also need a PHP script to cloak the Clickjacking script. Features that I need: - ClickJacking script that will load between 30-60 sec. randomly - Visitors that have been Clickjacked will not be Clickajacked again for 24h - Cloak script by IP, UA, and no referer or referer that I will decide - Script that will allow to decide the CTR (CTR will be random between 2 values) - When user access the website without referer (or the ref I decide) I want to know his IP and cloak the script if he retry the access with ref [For example someone access the website directly from the address bar so he doesn't have any ref and now I have his IP. If he access again with ref the script is cloaked]
