Convert php & html onto a burnable disk, poss in flash

**I have an online testing platform fully functioning with ecommerce etc written in html, PHP & JavaScript. **I want to market this on Amazon but can't because the product is virtual. **Therefore I want the basic product transferred onto a burnable disc. **I have been told this is possible in Flash but I am open to suggestions. **We are a small Ltd company looking to expand and take quality with us.
