Create a bot to post back links and increase traffic

One of our client [login to view URL] is about to get invested by an investor and needs more site traffic without adwords. Basic seo has been done and needs to build reputation We need to build up back linking our site address and is looking towards making a bit program that can add links to guestbooks and sites through backdoor entry. We are essentially looking at an expert php programmer who can make bot that can add back links to guest books or find sites that has guest books available but has some captcha to prevent bots. Previous experience in wikibot is an advantage.
