Data gathering/research project

The project is quite simple for the right person. I need information gathering from a publically accessible website and convereting into a CSV file under specific related headings. It is an open searchable database which i want to analyse as part of my research. The database supplies randomnised results if no parameters, or specific areas/regions are entered when searching. Each search returns 20 results in no specific order. I need all the results from the database of which i believe there are about 15,000.
