design and build a simple website

This is a simple deal website for bus tickets/roundtrip deals. All the data is already in a mysql db. many queries and logic are already done. I'm looking for a clean front end design - single page - that has 3 tabs with a bit of filtering of search results. Also, users will be able to give their email address to receive daily/weekly emails of new deals as they arrive. This project requires a few things - Code the PHP necessary for deals to be generated (you can build on what I’ve already created, but I’d like it to be an efficient program that’ll run as a cron job each morning) - HTML/CSS design for the main page, including AJAX to make it pretty and be able to filter and update results without reloading the page. You must be: - good at AJAX/javascript - have design skills to create a clean web2.0 look + find or create simple icons and basic graphics - be able to do the php to execute the backend queries (i've coded some stuff in perl already as a cron job but i'd like you to make my script more efficient and better) please see attached doc for detailed info. please provide examples of recent websites you've done. if you are a good match, i will pass along more info. thanks! jeff
