A one page site with sortable tables

We'll need a good looking (this means decent CSS) page with 4 tables, like this: Page title some text.... TABLE1 Header fields X X X TABLE2 Header fields X X X etc Nothing fancy but the tables must be sortable by all fields (dates, number, etc). Also for each table there will be the typical add, remove, etc. There will be a few users (no login page, you get the user auth'ed by the web server, so simple) and two user types, admin and regular. Admin can of course do everything and regular can just read data, except for one of the tables where editing is allowed too. Because the number of users, user names, etc is fixed and this is a throw-away project, you can just have a hardcoded array with the user names and their type, such as "user1" => "admin", "user2" => "regular" or whatever is convenient. Code must be in PHP, and you can use jQuery or any other free library for the table stuff. Database is MySQL 5.
