ad submission and purchase form

We need modifications/additions to an existing form to facilitate text ad sales for a small magazine publisher. See the existing form at [login to view URL] What we need done: 1. Add a "Calculate Cost" button and "Cost" text field after the "Calculate Characters" button and field. Add script to multiply resultant value from "Calculate Characters" script by .15, to two decimal places. 2. Write conditional statement to display base (minimum) ad cost of $15 in Cost field until character count exceeds 400. After 400 characters, Cost field should display total characters x .15. For example, displayed cost for 562 characters would be $84.30. 3. When user submits this form, they should be redirected to Paypal, passing the value from the Cost field to the "amount" input in the Paypal form code. That, along with our other existing inputs, should give them a Paypal payment page with our item name and the cost of their specific ad, etc.. We will be happy to consider any suggestions for improvements to this approach. Please quote cost, how soon you could begin, when the script would be functional, and include any appropriate references or examples of work. There will likely be other projects after this one, such as loading info from this and other ad forms to a database. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform Must function reliably
