Joomla Template/CSS Tweaking

We have a high-traffic Joomla site that needs some CSS/template tweaking as follows • Link styles change to same size as body text • Read More style changed to something nicer • Time/Date format changed to remove name of the day • Move up author line so it’s next to the date and separated by a “|” on articles where author name appears (not all articles) • Install some sort of plugin so custom fonts are used in article headings but SEO isn’t affected – configure fonts so it looks nice • Change style on section headings to something more current • Modify template for really long articles (it currently “breaks”) • Front page menu problems, it is a different font size on the homepage - FIX Providers should have Joomla experience, good English and be willing to go through a couple revisions. Subpar work will result in not getting paid!
