Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS) Client to Server Secure Prototype

What i need is a a working web-service, with a documented assessment of its security built using Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS) For Example *Client standalone code/application that can securely send messages into the queue (simulating a banking application with for example 5 fields of information.) *Server standalone code/application that can securely pull messages of the queue (and delete them). The server side should also be able to write this information to a simple database. The protoype is being used as a example of secure webservices using Amazon SQS.
