Certification site coding

Well the project is a certifications site....i dont need the design..we just need the coding in php/mysql . It isnt a very big project...we only need the following things :. 1. Members Login 2. Forgot Password 3. Registration 4. Members DownLoad Area where members will be able to download all the practise tests at once. 5. we will be giving 85 study guides at once on just one purchase....so as soon as the customer pays on the third party merchant processor...he will be able to access all the guides in the members [login to view URL] it means we only have one product 6. Admin area where we will be able to upload all the study guides. 8. we dont need the web design just coding in php/mysql 9. all the coding will be our copyright 10. we need it in 4 days [login to view URL] is very important. 12.
