C error reporting

Hello all, Looking for an individual that can write the following function in C: report_error Input: a charater string (if called manually) Ouput (in characters): -> The programming stack -> Data passed as parameters -> The system information (hostname, CPU information, memory size, etc.) -> Date/Time the function was called This should be able to be printable. The function should be able to be called manually. The function should be able to be called should an error take place. The function should be able to be incorporated into another C program by using .lib and .h files. TIA ## Deliverables The OS being utilized is Linux.
