Develop a database with Web UI for Training Session Sign up and Attendance Management

I am requiring a web application that is capable of the following: - Taking sign ups from a Word Press site and entering them in to the database as well as sending these sign ups to MailChimp. - Allow the people signing up to select a class that they want to attend at a particular location. The classes run across multiple weeks so the users will have to be shown that they are signing up for 10 sessions over 10 weeks. - Allow administrators to create new classes and set the sign-up limits. - Have an attendance management function that will allow me to mark each person who attends as well as those that do not attend. I am open to suggestions from people who believe this software already exists so then I am happy to use them for configuration rather than development.
