Aweber (Perl syntax) regular expression Expert

I need help in creating a regular expression for Aweber , take look at the attached text file and you will find the email body i need to pull the name and email for use with Aweber Email Parser. Need regex to get name from ( Please note i need one regex that will get the name and one what will get the name and last name.
