I have installed an autoresponder script for my newsletters, but am having problems getting it to run automatically.
According to the script writer, it was made to run without CRON jobs, however it doesn't seem to send out any emails by itself.
My web host gave me the solution to the first part of the problem, and says that the script needs debugged, by modifying the script so as to record its state at intermediate stages and so on.
I have included the log of my correspondence with my web host to give an idea of the problem.
I have set up an additional FTP account so you can access the test folder.
