Changes on a CMS

We would like to change an existing CMS on some structure level and design. Most of the structure is done but need some things extra. Changes: 1. Change the name of some tables and files and correct the same name on php. 2. Remove guestbook and guestbook related things like DB. 3. Remove export/import feature and related things. 4. Load the following modules via php (in [login to view URL] it will be like this [login to view URL](news)=true then show it on admin, if false hide it). > - Shop > - Forum > - Article > - Downloads > - Links > - Products > - Autowords > - Image gallery > - FAQ > - Banner > - Cheats > - Survey > 5. Define url on [login to view URL] so if user change the address some files will not work. 6. /temp should be removed to be /cache. (it's done just need to be sure). 7. List of settings should be inside [login to view URL], like the ones in version.ini.php. 8. Change links like /[login to view URL] to /[login to view URL] 9. Change the paths where modules should upload/save by default: > - Static pages should save files in /media/pages > - For Shop > - Shop products in /media/shop/products > - Shop download products in /media/shop/downloads > - Shop shipping icons /media/shop/shipping > - Forum avatars should be in /media/forum/avatars > - News /media/news > - Articles /media/articles > - Downloads /media/downloads > - Links /media/links > - Products /media/products > - Gallery /media/gallery > - Banner /media/banner > - Affiliates /media/banner/partners > - Newsletter /media/newsletter > - Newsletter attachments /media/newsletter/files > Please give me the scope of time and a quote for this.
