Hello Coders! I've got a Perl script that runs on a Windows host. I moved the site from Windows to Linux hosting, and now the script won't work. The script is attached to this project, feel free to take a look. The problem is that the script was written to use Win32::ODBC; that reads an access database. The script and data would have to be put into a MySQL database (or flat file, I don't care). The appearance of the script, the way it works, and the output will be exactly the same! All I need is to get this to work. Converting this to run in PHP is an option, again, it doesn't matter to me so much how this is accomplished, just so that it's done quickly (see below). ---- I will give preference to coders in my time zone (Eastern), and I will give specific preference to you based on your response time to my comments. This particular part of this project is rush, so I need this done immediately, but there's quite a few more things I'll need done to this site (and others), so there's a chance for steady work. I am actively looking for a reliable coder that I can use on a regular basis. Specifically I need someone who knows PHP, MySQL, Perl, basic Unix (the more the better), and is familiar with Smarty. Don't hesitate to ask any questions you need to for clarification on this request!
