ban hotmail & yahoo etc from CGI news letter script

Hi, I have a CGI newsletter & auto-responder script. (I have the full rights of modifying it, selling it etc...) Below is what this script does. If someone subsuribes the newsletter(s), that script automatically send the newsletter as programmed. (example) If I set 5 newsletters (which are already written) sent every 3days (No1 to No5), the script does so. So, with this script, you can easily have a "weekly e-mail seminar" or things like that. It is a simple CGI script which has only one file. Actually, the main part (what script does) is OK as it is. Now, anyone can subscribe a newsletter (or newslettes) with ANY e-mail addresses. But I want a feature you can make some e-mail domains banned.(For example, yahoo.com...since usually it goes to a bulk mail folder) What I want you to do is to make a small change on the script and make a "banned e-mail domains" feature on the admin page. Then, if someone tries to use an e-mail address with that domain(say, [login to view URL]), it goes to an error page which says "You can't use an e-mail address with this domain. The domain name is "[login to view URL]". That is all what I want, except that this message should show in Japanese...which I can translate. (Also, the admin area which says "choose banned domain" should also read in Japanese... which again I can translate) So, you have to tell me which line on the script is the message part so that I can write(translate) that part on CGI. *I can send you the script, or show you an sample admin page before we make a contract. *The admin area is all written in Japanese. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform It should run on all the operating syastems and browsers...
