Auto form populate and submit from 1 site to another

I want to place a form on my website (which I could do) my problem is that I need this form to automatically populate and submit a duplicate form on another site, I want to have a copy of the form fields emailed to me and the user to be directed to a "thank you" page on my site. I'm assuming this can be done with some simple java script but I need to make sure that the other site does not block direct form submissions. There is another project very similar to this one I will provide a link to and I will provide a link to the page where the form resides I want populated. Also there are a couple of other things I would like to discuss about this project. ## Deliverables Here is a post for another job that is similar to help clarify what I need. [login to view URL] What I want to happen: When someone visits my site and fills in a form with the standard name email and phone number when they submit this form I would like the contents to be delivered to this webpage: [login to view URL] and automatically fill in that form and submit it. The info in the form fields will be emailed to me and the first name and email address of the visitor will also be sent to my autoresponder and an email address that will send a text to my phone. (I can do this) The visitor will be sent to a thank you page on my site that will list his name email and phone number. I would like the email to be verified if possible in case they misspelled it like myname[at][login to view URL] I would like the phone number to only include 10 digits if the USA or Canada country code is selected. Also I want it to detect if the phone field has any dashes in it because it will not work with them. Example 5556768899 would be correct and 555-676-8899 would be incorrect and the user must be notified (with all of the correct data kept in the fields so they do not need to re-enter it) If this can easily be adapted without much expense I would like to have the script find a phone number with the same area code. When you go to the link with the form that I want populated with my form data you will see a list of states with cities in a drop down menu when you scroll down past the form. Click on one of the cities and the phone number will change next to it. I would like it if when someone enters their phone number it identifies the area code and then lists the appropriate number on the thank you page for them automatically. I can build the form, have it submitted and emailed to me what I need is the code to automatically fill in and submit on the "other" page. And "find" the phone number with the same area code as the number the visitor inputs. I did not put up the form on my website yet because I'm not sure how to go about this. I can do this right away when you tell me if I should set it up with the automated form builder or just use html code. Looking forward to hearing your ideas about the validity of this project.
