Automated Data Analysis

VERY SORRY FOR NON-RESPONSE TO EARLIER BIDS -- Traveling outside the country. =============================== Working with public health datasets, mostly in Africa. Want to create a web-based automated analysis tool, preferably that can run offline as well as online (if not, would require both a web-based tool and locally-installed program). The tool would allow a user to: 1 - email? a data file in txt, mdb, or xls format 2 - server would receive email? 3 - perform basic analyses on the data file (see attached file) 4 - server would email analysis report, in Word format, back to original sender email. ? Analyses are mostly very simple calculations (see attached file), with some statistical calculation of confidence intervals, etc.
