Convert FOrum Database - Vbulletin 4.0.7 to bbpress 2.0.2

Hi Guys, I have a vbulletin form which I would like to convert to bbpress 2.0.2 (or whatever the latest version is if they release a new version after posting this project). I understand that there is not a direct conversion option, however some folks have had success converting vbulletin to phpbb to bbpress. At time of typing, the current forums has 24,244 Threads, 240,691 posts and 31,242 members and I'd like to convert the following: Forums All Forums All Sub Forums Threads All Threads (within the appropriate forums) All Replies BB Code within posts (Bold, italics, links) Thread tags Members Member Names Member email address Member groups (Admin, Moderator, Registered Member etc) Member passwords (ideally keeping the originals or providing the option for members to reset) once they log in to the new bbpress forums. I'd be looking to FTP my complete database to the developer for conversion. Once converted I'd then be looking for the developer to FTP the database back so the forums can be fully tested prior to closing off the project and arranging payment. Many thanks for your interest.
