Convert SQL 2005 to 2008 Database

Hello, I have a SQL Server 2005 Database. I am trying to migrate it to a SQL Server 2008. Attached are two sql scripts. One creates the schema and the other sets the data. Please use these for your testing. I will send you the sql server 2008 login details. This database is for an open source ecommere app. So it's vitally important that the new sql 2008 database that dbo is the owner of all objects [stored procs, views, tables, functions, etc ] When the project is complete I will use Red Gate packager to create similar sql scripts as the ones attached.
