Create a dynamic site, 1 Page

I am currently in need of a programmer to help assist with my UI design. This project is a kickoff to a whole site, but this is just the home page. Here's the specification **COFSF Specifications** Home Page: [[login to view URL]][1] ? Site Finances as of: MM/DD/YYYY and Scholarship Liability Calculator as of: MM/DD/YYYY - These should be sections where the admin can add new content under. The fields in database that's needed should be(1) Label where it says Funds Raised (2) Value - $15,000. These fields should all be HTML where the admin can enter XHTML code o These fields should be able to be re-ordered ? Who we are section -Title, Image and content below needs to be updateable ? Fond Scholarships - Same as above, Title, image and photo and content below editable (XHTML)
