I need a circuits designed via Multisim 10, to count in increments of 0.1 to a max 9.9 starting at 0.0 the circuit should have on/off switch, a reset switch and once turned off can store the last value, so when the circuit is switched on again you can increment from the last number. The cct should also be programmable, i.e if i wanted to set it to 7.0 i can and once i've incremented to the programmed value an alarm will buzz (not loud though give an indication that the vlaue has been reached).
I need all components to have data sheets and an arguement for each chosen compoent(s) over other components of similar function.

## Deliverables
