a website platform for an iphone application

A website needed where user (who pays for this use) can upload image/text info/link etc. Those image/text should be able to be fed/distributed into iphone application. This task only include website part, not iphone app part. We have -at least most of- the graphics. The website function includes 1. user can subscribe-we are thinking monthly-, and upload images/text info/links etc. these images/text/link etc will be distributed through iphone application. Subscription fee should be editable from admin panel (amount to be free to xxxusd) and paid users should receive confirmation/expiration email etc. Once payment is confirmed, user will receive a code that will enable them to upload their materials to the website. There is a pre-screening step for whom they want to subscribe. Those who are interested in subscription should contact the website admin first and send their link/get authorized-authorization code(?)- to subscribe. Once subscribed, users will be able to upload image/text/link of certain format-that would fit iphone screen- for certain amount of data per month or per day, for subscribed time period, to the website. 2. web users who are not featured users can subscribe to those images/texts to be delivered to their email address through this website.(feed) User can unsubscribe. 3. When subscribed user upload their image, text info, link info to the website, they can check how it looks like through iphone graphic of the website. The screen of iphone (graphic) will be replaced by these materials so that they can check it. 4. there might be some relevant minor changes from this description. This is a work for hire. All code belongs to the project owner. ## Deliverables This website includes payment system and admin panel. about us/feedback editable from admin. fee and data amount allocated to subscribers in general should be editable from admin. Admin also should be able to delete/add image/text/link and delete/add/refund subscribed users. Subscribed user will be informed by email if they lose membership or their image gets rejected by admin.
