Add and remove fields in two magento pages

Hello coders, I have a magento website. I'm interested in adding an extra field to the review page. Currently, the review page collects the rating, a user nickname, a review summary and the actual review text. I want also to capture the user's email to this form. Also, on the warranty page, I want to remove the comments field from the form. This should be an easy fix for someone with good magento experience. Please expand in your bid how do you plan to complete these fixes. Spam bidding will be ignored and reported. Thanks!
