Create Social membership feature on Arcade site

We are looking to add membership to our gaming website. The site runs on ATS script ([login to view URL]). We would like to merge members signup with their facebook accounts as well. Membership feature will include the following... - Members signup - User comments on games - Member Profile page - Members should be able to rate and choose favorite games. - Members can earn points and win prices. - Members can add other members as friends and interact online.
