Our company is looking for an API plugin that would allow eBay member messages to be downloaded in to one of the following cloud help desk: Zendesk, freshdesk, kayako, or in fact another cloud base ticketing system with the mentioned 3 our top choice. We require the functionality to integrate the ebay messaging system in to a ticketing platform. We receive a high volume of ebay messages on a daily basis and need a fast, efficient way of answering them so we need to able to answer ebay customer questions via a ticketing system with multiple customer service rep.
