Agent Site Creation and Payout Tracking System

Hello, We are ready to launch a new networking group facebook app and barter group (two sites). We are looking to create an online application which will combine tracking and perform functions like: -the creation of agent profiles -auto creation of agent one page websites from agent profile information -complete tracking of all purchases made by any client the agent signs up for our two companies -must be able to integrate with a facebook app and also pull commission reports from an existing bartering platform All clients the agent signs will be making multiple forms of purchases through two different types of sites so we will need to have a way of tracking each purchase through some type of assigned agent tracking number which follows the client they sign or a pixel. I am assuming the best way would be to track through the payment confirmation page. I have attached a document which outline most of the major features of the project, please review before bidding.
