Hello, I have a question that what is the source of change in image file on server. You have told that the client HTML page will look for image change for every 2 or 3 second but there is no criteria mentioned how the image file will be changed and need to be loaded again. please ans this question. And consider this bid as initial bid may be it will change a bit if there is some work on changing or updating image with time. I can do this in less than a day. look forward regards
