Basic Web App For Tracking Inventory

This is a piece of software that will track inventory for a pharmacy. As drugs are dispensed, we would manually create an entry to specify the prescription number, the date, and the amount of tablets dispensed. User should enter the "count back" or the remaining tablets on hand, which would be verified against the computed on hand. entries that are "verified" would be visually different than those that do not match/are not verified. As drugs are ordered, we would make an entry for a received date, reference number, and amount received of a particular drug. We should be able to look at the drug and see total activity for any given period, much like a bank account "view". Some users will have the ability to "override", meaning the amount they enter will be the new on hand for the drug in the system. Transactions can be voided. Audit logs should be kept. (transacitonal information + user + timestamp of activity + activity type [dispense, receive, void, override]. Multiple users are needed. username, password or PIN based login. Admin - add users, set permissions. Level 1 - can void, can override. Level 2 - can't void, can't override. Drug database must be able to be imported and exported (i.e. the Drug name) via csv. (i have 3 stores i only want to enter the drugs once, but i don't want the stores connected). must be able to backup data to a csv file or other db/excel.
