Short Description A tool that allows the input of at least to 5,000 Massachusetts license plate numbers and checks them against the Boston, MA and Cambridge, MA parking ticket websites and returns if any parking tickets are shown for that license plate. Requirements As a user, I should be able to: - Input up at least 5,000 license plate numbers (i.e. one per row or CSV upload). - Receive as an output a CSV file with the results of the search, showing which license plates returned tickets with columns Ticket Found (Yes or No), Ticket Amount (in $), Plate Number, City (Boston or Cambridge), Date of Ticket, Ticket Due Date Other requirements: - Check against both of these sites -- Boston ([login to view URL]) and -- Cambridge ([login to view URL]) - Page should be password protected (one universal login is fine) - Must check MA license plates (six characters is the standard format but there are exceptions that we must accommodate, see: [login to view URL]) - Only needs to work for passenger plates

Hi, I'm a data analyst who loves automating data processing. Your project looks interesting and I'm keen to help out. I'm not sure why all of the other bids are so high, but this looks to be straightforward. The etimspayments system uses a simple POST request to check against their server, and I can automate this for your list of licence plates from a csv file. I am not sure if the date of birth is required or not, as I don't have a working example to check (do you?). Even if it is, provided there isn't any limit on repeated requests, I can have my program run through the year of MM/DD combinations without any issue. Again, I can't tell without trying a real-life example. I am happy to host the tool on my own server, and can provide a simple password login for you if you like.
