I need the following to be done using twilio Twilio process: 20 pros each have their own individual phone number in 1 category. User selects category. Website sends sms to all 20 simultaneously User writes message. Website sends sms to all 20 simultaneously If provider texts back, the response is shown on website If provider attempts call, play .mp3 If user replies to that message on website = send the reply to provider via text.
