Combine Two PHP Web Softwares Into One

I want it to be so that when people choose their seat or event ticket, then it shows them the list of items from the shopping cart they can add to the cart. After this, this should send them to the cart where they can purchase their total and view their order. I need to combine the admin section for both together also.
