Hi, I have gone through the document and as per my understanding we need to use the web-services created by you as per the methods described in the document and use it in the existing PHP eCommerce website, so that it can be easily maintained in the database as can communicate with the website. Hello, this looks like a simple api, i can write it in PHP and then display as basic HTML, tell me the details of implementation on your site, as you have only API documentation and no information what you wanna do with the data then. My bid is higher than your budget but it's also a guarantee that you'll have your wrapper done fast, clean and professionally. The code will be commented and ready for implementation in whatever you need. My full-time job is a programming position for an ISP here in Iceland, we use web services to get all sorts of info on our connections, our billing system uses a web service etc. etc. To put it simply, I've implemented dozens of web services into our own system and I should be more than qualified to take care of this for ya!
