I need somebody who develops a HTML5 based DICOM viewer. That viewer needs to do basic functions such as scroll through image stacks, window/level, pan, zoom and distance measurement. Important is that the viewer is WEB-based and be able to run on ANY system (Windows, Mac, mobile devices - thus using HTML5). The DICOM files are stored on my server. DICOM files are medical files, containing images and text. Please google for DICOM if you are not familiar with that.
