Custom Software Needed to Download,Select,and Copy Photos

I need software written for Windows 8 to complete a simple task. The software needs to be full screen and have a splash screen (a simple JPG image) . A user will connect a smart phone, and the software needs to recognize the phone and display the photos on the phone in a grid format. The grid needs to show only photos taken on that day. They also need to be sorted by newest to oldest. The software would copy those selected photos to a pre determined folder in the background. Simultaneously, the user will then use display to select 4 of the photos and those need to be copied again to another folder. We use another software that monitors this folder and prints the photos. The software then needs to loop and go back to the splash screen. Also: The software needs to have the following features 1. Different Color Schemes. 2.A way to easily change the splash and final screens images. 3. Be compatible with all iPhones, iPads, and Samsung cell phones. 4. Have a larger view option for the photos. 5. Add custom logo to grid screen. We need this software developed and tested in 2 weeks.
