Develop system that allows users to download NNTP (News Server) files and Rapidshare (and similar) files to our server. The user then downloads from our server using HTTP(repost)

User Interface: * Client registration and integration into our CC payment gateway * Different package and bandwidth / datat storage quota levels * Proxy server support (we can set an unlimited number of proxies that users can use to download from. The proxies will grab the data from our server, the user will download the data from the proxies * Client may upload an NZB file for NNTP, or search for files to download from the client panel (Eg. Weeds Season 1) They may then select the files they would like to download. It will download onto our server, into their storage space. They may then download it from their storage space to their pc using HTTP. (If data / bandwidth transfer quota values are set, it will be treated as follows: Bandwidth transfer is only deducted when the user downloads FROM our server to their pc using HTTP. Not when we download TO our server. Data storage limit: This is managed according to the files the user has stored (downloaded to) our server. When they delete a file, it will clear up the relevant storage space. * Client may download from Rapidshare and similar. * Allow digfferent package levels, and allow a client to purchase more bandwidth / data storage or upgrade their plan. * Billing: Allow for subscription or 30 day purchases and client invoices / statements. * Allow us to send mass emails to subscribers * Allow for Blog Admin Panel: * Manage users (Add / Delete / Suspend) * Auto suspend users if their subscription expires (Direct them to a page that asks them to pay, with amount, etc etc) * Allow us to add / remove proxy servers * Allow us to add / edit / remove subscription plans (quota / bandwidth transfer / price / duration) * Transaction Log (Shows ALL transactions) * Reports - Signups / Active users * Allow us to add / edit / remove download servers * Allow us to add / edit / remove NNTP upstream providers (with or without authentication) (Allow multiple accounts for different providers) * Allow us to add / edit / remove Rapidshare and similt upstream providers (with or without authentication) (Allow multiple accounts for different providers) * Misc items
