Clone an Existing Landing Page

Hi there, I need an existing landing page cloned or recreated to look and function the same way as it does now. The page is: [login to view URL] This page was created as a landing page for 10 individual locations of the franchise chain based in Texas. There is some functionality including the store locator and the "schedule a visit" button that basically works off of the main site ([login to view URL]). You'll notice that the main navigation and footer links all point to the main site. I think the video is from the main site too. Basically I need it to work and look exactly like it does now. We don't have access to the files and we need to move them to another server. I need the deliverables in a zip file including all images, etc. that I can just upload and install to a new server and be ready to go. The original landing page will only be available for a few days and then will be deleted so we won't have any further access to it or any of the files once it's gone.
