Automated betting software (Flash based small program)

I need someone to design a flash based betting software that automates a specific task for me. It will be designed initially to place a bet once a certain score has been reached. it will have to work with tennis and work with the website bet365. I have screen shots to better explain what needs to be done. You can either do it as a windows based desktop program or webserver based, whatever is easiest. There will also be oportunity later on to expand this program and work with me on other website projects if you show your skills and meet the deadlines.
