Collaborative work platform

I need somebody to completely develop a fully-functional collaborative work platform. Basically, the platform should allow users to: 1) Register their username, email address, and various other info. 2) Login 3) create personal profiles by allowing them to directly input or upload: text description/images/links 4) create/post collaborative projects, allowing them (for each project) to: input/upload descriptive text and image; set user roles needed for the project 5) apply for a role of the project 6) assign roles and tasks to other users for the realization of a project 7) host big files to be shared with other users involved in the same project, setting other users' permissions to access certain files 8) chat and personal messaging 9) shared calendar
