Computer Based Trainer

This program will provide hierarchical-style training. It will consist of relational databases of concepts, examples, and questions. The concepts will be heirarchical (top concept, supporting concepts, etc.) and be able to link directly to examples. Each concept and supporting concepts will have quiz questions and test questions. A user will log in, scroll down a treeview list of concepts, select one, then start reading. When they are done reading the concepts and examples, they would take a short quiz. When they answer the questions, the program would mark the question as answered so if they return to the concept and take a quiz again, they won't get the same questions. After the user is through studying, they would take a test. Quizzes and tests will draw from the same pool of questions and each will have a rationale so that the user can review why they answered correctly or incorrectly. They can review their answers during or after the tests and quizzes. I need to be able to enter the concepts, examples, questions, and rationale and tie them together. I also need to be able to set the number of questions on quizzes and tests. I prefer this to be written in VB6 so I can maintain it and the user interface. This project is mainly to get the concept started. I expect there to be modifications in ongoing projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
